H.I.I.T. is an efficient, effective movement program that blurs the line between aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Classes combine functional movement, primal movement. Yoga, Pilates and classic strength training in a short intense interval style of exercise. Classes are for all fitness levels and movements can be modified for all participating.
