Schedules subject to change

11am: Doors open, free onsite parking until shuttle begins at noon.  Beginning at noon onsite parking is $10/car with free parking and shuttle from Job and Family Services down the street.
11am: Obstacle course open for free play.  Guided obstacle tours and safety overviews meet every hour on the hour at the pavilion.
12pm: Main house open for lunch. Enjoy a one of a kind dining experience featuring Pork and Pickles’ Becky Clark serving up farm to table meals direct from Solid Ground Farm.  Kids can build there own pizzas with Fern Hollow Farm and cook in the wood fired cob oven.  Lunch menu is prepared in a home kitchen and all items are available for donation.
12pm: Educational Activities begin with “Hewing with Hand Tools: the Ancient Way to Turn Trees to Timber”  View full schedule here.
1pm: Live Music kicks off and runs until dark.  View full schedule here.
2pm: Hourly Kid’s Activities begin with Athens Mini Maestros and field games.  View full schedule here.
3pm: Nixtamalized arrives with Tamales and Tacos for sale.
4pm: Pork and Pickles dinner menu begins in the main house (donation based).  Ingredients grown by hand direct from the farm.
6pm: Obstacle Course Main Race
8pm: Final musical act, Sawtooth, keeps the dancing going.
10pm: Last shuttle to Job and Family Services Parking Lot.

2pm: Athens Mini Maestros bring your little ones to the stage for some music and movement games.
3pm: Singer songwriter Steve Zarate
4pm: Emerson B
5pm: Atlas 34
6pm: Obstacle Course Race
7pm: Friends and Company
8pm: Sawtooth The trio features Sean Fen, Ben Stewart, and Mark Doug of the Sandy Tar Boys. Sawtooth plays old-timey favorites with all the grit and energy you could hope for. Come to dance!

Fun Recreation Activities for Kids and Adults (Meet at the Green-Roofed Pavilion unless otherwise noted)

11am: Obstacle course safety and guided play with Jamie every hour on the hour.  Meet at Pavilion
12pm: Build your own pizza (donation based).
2pm: Scramble (like dodge ball but better).
3pm: Nature Art and Connections with Lonnie Galt-Theis of Sassafras Nature and Arts Camp.
4pm: Boffing battle (padded sword games) with Erik Peterson
5pm: Humans Vs Zombies with Red Team of Athens (time subject to change)
6pm: Obstacle Course Race
7pm: Torch and Fire Making with Mullein led by Laura Post of Wildflower Wilderness School
8pm: Hilltop Bonfire
